Debit card, Certified Check and Money Orders
Terms of
Use
Hourly
services are paid in advance or at conclusion of service unless
other arrangements have been made. Billing will be in 15 minute
increments after the first hour, rounding up. Certified Checks and
Money Orders are made out to Concierge on Demand LLC. Payment for
services on monthly packages are secured by Cash, Certified Check,
Money Order, Credit Card, or bank account via electronic funds
transfer (EFT) and require payment in full before services are
rendered. Any prices listed by Concierge on Demand LLC are for
services rendered by Concierge on Demand LLC and does not include
charges for third party vendors, or merchandise purchased to
complete the request.
Unused Hours on
Packages
All hours
for monthly plans must be used within 30 days of the first hour
used. Hours can be shared among individuals. Hours not used within
30 days will not be refunded or rolled over to the following
month.
Errands and Mileage
Policy
All errand
rates include time from the beginning of task and for the first 20
miles of travel. Travel over 20 miles will be billed at the rate of
$.55 per mile. Payment includes roundtrip travel to end of
task.
Cancellations and
24 Hour Notice
If it is
necessary to cancel a scheduled service, Concierge on Demand LLC
requires 24 hours notice. Failure to provide any notice could
result in the full price of service being charged.
